10.THE TOWNSHIP LOT ON OWEGO STREET STILL AVAILABLE.
11. THE WALL ON MAIN STREET SIDE OF MONKEY RUN PARK IS DETEORIATING. WE HAVE REQUESTED BIDS DURING THE LAST TWO YEARS. MOST SUGGEST THAT A FOUR INCH THICK WALL FOUR FEET HIGH BE POURED AGAINST THE EXISTING WALL THIS WILL REINFORCE THE CRUMBLING SECTIONS. THE SPACE ABOVE SHOULD BE PARGED. SUGGESTIONS?

NEW BUSINES:

1. GARBAGE. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ONLY GARBAGE GENERATED IN THE RESIDENCE IS ACCEPTABLE FOR PICKUP. AN AUDIT SUGGESTS THAT THE RICHMONDALE AREA HAS 5 HOMES RECEIVING ILLEGAL GARBAGE.
2. WAGE TAX. YOU NO LONGER HAVE TO PAY PENALTY FOR NOT FILING IF YOU HAVE NO INCOME.
3. RESOLUTION TO PROHIBIT LARGE TRUCKS ON RAILROAD STREET. A DOLLAR STORE TRUCK TORE DOWN SERVICE LINES LAST WEEK. DISCUSSION? MOTION?

1. GRANT CONFIRMATION FOR $150,000.00 FOR MR. MELNICK RECEIVED. DETAILS TO BE WORKED OUT. APPARENTLY, SUFFICIENT FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO ACCOMPLISH ESSENTIAL PROJECTS IN THE OLD FELL SCHOOL SUCH AS HEATING AND PLUMBING.
2. GARBAGE. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ONLY GARBAGE GENERATED IN THE RESIDENCE IS ACCEPTABLE FOR PICKUP. AN AUDIT SUGGESTS THAT THE RICHMONDALE AREA HAS FIVE SUCH RESIDENCES WHERE GARBAGE IS DROPPED.
3. FNB, SIMPSON IS CLOSING MIDDLE OF NOVEMBER. SIMPSON SEWER PAYMMENTS PROCEDURE YET TO BE DETERMINED. SEWER BILLS WILL BE OUT BY 20 SEPTEMBER.
PUBLIC INPUT: SOLICITOR WAS SCOLDED SEVERELY BY JOE SCOTCHLAS BECAUSE HE DID NOT TAKE ACTION ON THE SALKO BUILDING OWNERS. SOME SAY THAT HE IS DOING THINGS OTHER THAN THAT WHICH IS AUTHORIZED BY HIS LICANSE AND ZONING. SOLICITOR, MR. O’BRIEN RESPONDED BY SAYING HE CAN ONLY INVESTIGATE WHEN DIRECTED BY THE SUPERVISORS AND THAT ONLY HAPPENED TONIGHT. THIS WAS CONFIRMED BY THE SUPERVISORS. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THIS SALKO ISSUE DID NOT COME UP AT LAST MONTHS MEETING.

NOTE: THE YAVORSKY LETTER CONTINUES AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH A DAM LOCATED ON OLD FELL SCHOOL PROPERTY. THIS DAM SERVICED GENTED CORP IN SOME FASHION. MR. YAVORSKY FEELS THAT SOMEHOW REDUCES THE VALUE OF HIS PROPERTY IN CASE OF A STORM OR FLOOD. THE TOWNSHIP’S POSITION IS THAT IT HAS NO CONNECTION TO THE ISSUE.
