2.  CORRESPONDENCE: FROM:  DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION APPROVING ROSEWOOD ACRES   

(THORNTON) EARTH DISTURBANCE PLAN AND AUTHORIZED THE ERECTION OF HOMES ON THAT PROPERTY.  FROM: PENDOT:  MANDATED  FLAGGER  TRAINING. INDIVIDUALS MUST BE TRAINED TO DIRECT TRAFFIC ON STATE ROADS. TO: OLD LINCOLN SCHOOL THANKING OWNER  FOR REMOVAL OF SOME TIES AND REQUESTING A COMPLETION BEFORE THE WINTER FREEZE.

 TREASURER’S REPORT–  SAVINGS, GEN FUND, $391,920.00;    GEN FUND CD,  (TOTAL)  $231,367.08;  CHECKING, $4339.43; LIQUID FUELS SAVINGS, $94,212.76  AND LIQUID FUELS CHECKING, $100.00.  TOTAL $721,372.85.

OLD BUSINESS

1.  DEDICATION OF ROAD OVER NEW BRIDGE TO FELL TOWNSHIP. DISCUSSION BY SOLICITOR. MOTION.

2. FELL TWP HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM— ONE UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND ONE  IN PROCESS. ONE MORE POSSIBLE..

3. ROAD PAVING BIDS  HICKORY ROAD IN CRYSTAL LAKE FORREST  COMPLETED. BERMS INSTALLED BY TOWNSHIP. MOTION TO PAY LEEWARD BID PRICE OF $22,916.40;

4. SIMPSON SEWER FUND BALANCE: SENT CERTIFIED LETTERS TO THOSE OWING OVER $2,000.00. GOOD RESPONSE.

5. OLD LINCOLN SCHOOL.  ABOUT ONE HALF  OF THE TIES REMOVED. SENT LETTER.

6. SINNOTT PROPERTY (OLD COOK STORE)  SOLICITOR TO COMMENT.

7. THOMPSON PROPERTY. NO ACTION TAKEN. COURT ACTION TAKEN.

8.  LINDE CORP REQUEST FOR WATER WITHDRAWL FROM THE CARBONDALE RAIL YARDS. WE HAVE NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

9.  PARKING VIOLATORS.  COURTESY SIGNS PLACED ON VEHICLESCITATIONS TO FOLLOW.

10. MORRIS AVE  (FABWELD) BRIDGE.  PLANS SUBMITTED TO PENDOT FOR REVIEW. SOME MINOR EXPLANATIONS REQUESTED.

11. FELL CHARTER SCHOOL REPORTS NO CHANGE IN ACTIVITY. THEY ARE AWAITING “NEXT  FEDERAL ANNOUNCEMENT.”

12. REMINDER’ SPRINKLERS REQUIRED IN ALL NEW HOMES JANUARY 1.

NEW BUSINESS

1. MOTION TO APPOINT TAX COLLECTION COMMITTEE REPRESENTATIVE  FOR 2011. MOTION.

2. ESTABLISH SOCIAL RULES FOR COALBROOK PARK. THESE SUGGESTED INCLUDE RESIDENT SOCIAL FUNCTIONS, PRIVATE LEGAL BEVERAGES AND TIME OF USE. DISCUSSION.  MOTION.

3. A THANK YOU AND CONGRATULATION TO MR. MIACHEL KLUCK  ON HIS COMPLETION OF HIS EAGLE SCOUT PROJECT.  HIS DUTIES INCLUDED CHECKING CHRISTMAS LIGHTS, MOVING, LOADING AND ASSISTING WITH THE INSTALLATION.  HE  WAS ASSISTED BY  TROOP MEMBERS — SCOUT MASTER JOSEPH SCOTCHLAS, STEPHEN AND CHARLES WHITE, DENNIS HALSTEAD AND COREY EVARTS.  THEIR CONTRIBUTION IS APPRECIATED.  NOTE: THREE LIGHT SOURCES WERE INOP. PPL FIXES PROBLEMS IN 3 DAYS.
