2. CORRESPONDENCE: TO: PENDOT REQUESTING COMPLETION OF STORM WATER COLLECTOR BY CRAPARO’S WELDING. TO: DENAPLES LAND MANAGEMENT REGARDING ADDATIONAL CLEANUP OF REFUSE DUMPED ON THEIR PROPERTY. TO: PAWC REQUESTING THE REPAIR OF THREE HYDRANTS.

4. PLANNING COMMISSION REPORT RURAL SIGN PROGRESS.

5. BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT

6. FIRE COMPANY REPORT 7. POLICE REPORT. STATE POLICE APPRECIATE COMPLAINTS DIRECTLY AT 963 3156.

OLD BUSINESS

1. SIMPSON SEWER FUND ADJUSTMENT UPDATE: AMOUNT PAID THIS MONTH–$7,580.00- “SUPER MONTH FOR THE FUND” THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE QUARTERLYS WHICH WAS 39,000.00. THE TOTAL FOR FORECLOSED PROPERTIES IS $41,196.00.

2. THOMPSON PROPERTY. COURT ACTION.

3. PARKING VIOLATORS. PARKING TICKETS CONTINUE.

4. TOWNSHIP 59 PROSPECT PROPERTY: UNDER EVICTION ORDER.

5. REMINDER—FELL TOWNSHIP PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE REQUIRES THE REPORTING OF NAMES OF TENANTS STARTING JANUARY 1, 2012. FINES ARE INCLUDED FOR NON-COMPLIANCE.

6 . BURNT BUILDING ON MAIN STREET. NO PLANS SUBMITTED BY OWNERS TO DATE. ACTION REQUIRED.

7. DECORATIVE LIGHTING: PPL WAS DELAYED IN THEIR WORK DUE TO VERY HIGH WINDS. THEY WILL UPDATE THE LIGHTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

NEW BUSINESS

1. FEMA FLOOD PLAIN ADJUSTMENTS FOR 2011. ANYONE NOTIFIED ABOUT FLOOD INSURANCE RATE CHANGE, PLEASE ALERT SUPERVISORS. THIS IS THE LAST CHANGE TO PETITION FOR AN ADJUSTMENT ON INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY.

2. APPOINTMENT OF REPRESENTATIVE TO THE EIT TAX COLLECTION COMMITTEE. MOTION TO APPOINT ANN MARIE.

POTPOURRI

THE SIMPSON STAR: HISTORY. IT WAS INSTALLED BY MR. MIACHEL MIKULAK OF MAIN STREET SIMPSON. SINCE THEN, MR CRAPARO OF CRAPARO’S WELDING HAS BEEN THE CARETAKER. NEP TELEPHONE AND LEBER AND BONHAM HAVE PROVIDED THE MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLED THE NEW BULBS LAST YEAR AT NO COST. A GREAT “WELL DONE AND THANKS” ARE IN ORDER.

NOTE: THE TOWNSHIP RECEIVED MANY CALLS REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
