2.  CORRESPONDENCE: FROM:  AUDITOR GENERAL INFORMING THE TOWNSHIP THAT THE  FIRE COMPANY WILL RECEIVE $13,904.19 FROM THE VOLUNTEER FIRE RELIEF ASSOCIATION;   FROM: DEPT OF TRANSPORTATION ADVISING THAT THE LIQUID FUELS ALLOCATION FOR 2011 IS $65,801.09.  FROM: SUSQUEHANNA RIVER BASIN COMMISSION STATING THAT LINDE’S REQUEST FOR WATER WITHDRAWAL WILL BE VOTED ON ON 16 DECEMBER  2010.

3. TREASURER’S REPORT–  SAVINGS, GEN FUND, $393,406.00;  GEN FUND CD,  (TOTAL)  $231,367.08;  CHECKING, $22,640.65; LIQUID FUELS SAVINGS, $94,212.76  AND LIQUID FUELS CHECKING, $100.00.  TOTAL $741,160.07

OLD BUSINESS

1. ROAD PAVING BID FOR HICKORY ROAD IN CRYSTAL LAKE FORREST DUE 7 OCTOBER AT 6 PM. .MOTION TO ALLOW AWARDING TO LOWEST RESPONSIBLE BIDDER BY THREE SUPERVISORS?

2. FELL TWP HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM— ONE UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND ONE OUT TO

3. SIMPSON SEWER FUND BALANCE:  MONTHLY PAYMENT IS $8668.20. BALANCE IS $

4. OLD LINCOLN SCHOOL.  OWNER STATED THAT CLEANUP STARTED TODAY..

5. SINNOTT PROPERTY (OLD COOK STORE)  ON  OWEGO STREET–TWO YEARS NO CLEANUP.  BUILDING IS IN DISREPAIR.  COURT ACTION TAKEN

6. THOMPSON PROPERTY. NO ACTION TAKEN. COURT ACTION TAKEN.

7. ACT 32  EIT TAX COMMITTEE  KEY COMPROMISE. SUPER MAJORITY REQUIRES A COMBINATION OF THE AFFIRMATIVE VOTE OF TWO THIRDS SUPERMAJORITY  (CALCULATED BY WEIGHT)  OF THOSE PRESENT AND AT LEAST 9 MUNICIPAL (NON SCHOOL) DELEGATES.  KEYSTONE , CENTAX AND BERKHEIMER  ARE THE FINALIST. ONE WILL BE CHOSEN.

8.  LINDE CORP AND FELL  MEETING REGARDING THEIR ACTIVITY AND INTENTIONS. PRESENTATION BY SOLICITOR.

9. CRAWFORD AVENUE STORM WATER LINE.  REPLACED 40 FEET AND RELINED 36 FEET OF EXISTING LINE. NEW CLEAN-OUT INSTALLED AT FIVE FOOT POINT. WORKED WELL DURING THE PAST STORM .

10. MORRIS AVE  (FABWELD) BRIDGE.  BLUE PRINTS DUE NEXT WEEK AND PENDOT REVIEW THE FOLLOWING WEEK.

11. FELL CHARTER SCHOOL REPORTS NO CHANGE IN ACTIVITY. THEY ARE AWAITING “NEXT  FEDERAL ANNOUNCEMENT.”

 NEW BUSINESS

1. REQUEST A “NO PARKING BAN” ON THE LOWER END OF MORIS AVENUE.  COMMENTS FROM PUBLIC?
